Job Description
Process incoming sales order inquiries in their entirety. Assist customers with part selection and limited Technical assistance. Utilize Fishbowl inventory database. Generate a win/loss log. Collaborate with Marketing to provide continuous communication and branding in the marketplace. Generate new business through industry outreach and selling platforms such as eBay. Complete required documents to set up new Customers. Occasional travel to trade shows and networking events. Develop relationship with Parts Brokers. Work with Inventory Control and Logistics to complete parts pulling and shipping process. Complete documentation required by the industry and company. Handle, maintain and, care for equipment and tools.
Requirements
· Sales experience in a parts environment a plus, such as hardware, automotive
· Electronic and mechanical background a plus
· Prioritize and manage incoming request
· Ability to work in an emergency driven environment
· Develop Customer relationship
· Market incoming and existing inventory to Customers and Inventory Platforms
· Must have good verbal and written communication skills
· Must have good customer service skills
· Strong excel skills and ability to learn database navigation
· Ability to travel including overnight
· Flexible work schedule necessary
· Must have a driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
· Position is based in Hutto, TX.

For Part Sales with less than 1 year of MR / CT diagnostic experience, primary focus will be to learn equipment and individual components. Focus on the Ebay-type platform. Learn industry purchasing behavior and trends.
Job Description
On-site system repairs including diagnostic, troubleshooting/identifying steps and actions to resolve issues, calibrations, cold head change-outs, system ramping, deicing, helium fills, and magnet shimming—conduct scheduled maintenance (PMs). Deinstall and Install MRI and CT systems. Comply with industry safety standards, practices, and procedures. Maintain customer relations with on-site contacts—complete documentation required by the industry and company. Handle, maintain and, care for service equipment and tools.
Requirements
· Military experience with System Radar, Graduate of a Medical Imaging Systems Technology Course or OEM MR/CT Trained Engineer
· Electronic and mechanical background
· Repair and troubleshooting experience
· Manual dexterity necessary
· Ability to work in an emergency driven environment
· Ability to handle up to 80lbs and up to 200lbs team lift
· Must be physically fit and able to stand for lengthy periods of time, bend, crawl and stoop
· Must have good verbal and written communication skills
· Must have good customer service skills
· Ability to travel including overnight
· Flexible work schedule necessary
· Must have a driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
· FSE is based in Hutto, TX.

Work Environment
Hospitals, Imaging Centers, and Mobil MRI and CT Trailers with limited space. Warehouse environment with minimal heating or air conditioning. System Rig Outs (Deinstalls and Installs) during Winter and Summer climates.
On Boarding
For FSE’s with less than 1 year of MR / CT diagnostic experience, system deinstalls and installs will be the primary focus in an effort to learn the equipment and individual components. Time spent on the deinstall / install team will vary based on projects and experience prior to joining KEI.
